NOTICE:
When replacing the skid control ECU (master cylinder solenoid), perform calibration (LandCruiser RM00000452J00ZX.html).
1.CHECK DTC

  1. Check for DTCs (LandCruiser RM0000046KV016X.html).

2.CHECK TEST MODE DTC

  1. Switch the vehicle to test mode, perform the center differential lock signal check, and then check that the Test Mode (Signal Check) DTC C1282 is cleared (LandCruiser RM00000452K011X.html).

3.CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MASTER CYLINDER SOLENOID - 4 WHEEL DRIVE CONTROL ECU/TRANSFER SHIFT ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY)

  1. Disconnect the A7 skid control ECU (master cylinder solenoid) connector.

  1. Disconnect the G53 4 wheel drive control ECU connector.

  1. Disconnect the C43 center differential lock detection switch (transfer shift actuator assembly) connector.

  1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    Standard Resistance:
    Tester Connection

    A7-27 (EXI) - C43-9 (CDL)
