| 1. CHECK INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY (VEHICLE NOT INVOLVED IN COLLISION) |
Perform a diagnostic system check (LandCruiser RM000000XFE0NGX.html).
With the instrument panel passenger airbag installed on the vehicle, perform a visual check. If there are any defects as mentioned below, replace the instrument panel passenger airbag with a new one:
Cuts, minute cracks or marked discoloration on the instrument panel passenger airbag.

Perform a diagnostic system check (LandCruiser RM000000XFE0NGX.html).
With the instrument panel passenger airbag removed from the vehicle, perform a visual check. If there are any defects as mentioned below, replace the instrument panel passenger airbag with a new one:
- Cuts, minute cracks or marked discoloration on the instrument panel passenger airbag.
- Cracks or other damage to the connector.
- Deformation or cracks in the instrument panel reinforcement.
