Headlight Assembly (For Led Headlight) -- Reassembly |
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
- The procedure listed below is for the LH side.
| 1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BAR REINFORCEMENT LH |
Install the front bumper bar reinforcement LH with the 2 screws.
| 2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BAR REINFORCEMENT LH |
Install the front bumper bar reinforcement LH with the 2 screws.
| 3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR BASE PACKING |
Install a new headlight leveling motor base packing to the headlight unit LH.
| 4. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR LH |
Hold the LED unit in place, and then push in the end of the headlight leveling motor LH to connect it to the LED unit and install the headlight leveling motor LH.

Rotate the headlight leveling motor LH in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration and attach the claw.
- HINT:
- For the headlight leveling motor RH, rotate it in the opposite direction of the arrow shown in the illustration to install it.

Connect the connector.
| 5. INSTALL HEADLIGHT GASKET |
Install a new headlight gasket to the headlight socket cover.
| 6. INSTALL HEADLIGHT SOCKET COVER |
Attach the guide to install the headlight socket cover.
Install the screw.
| 7. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LIGHT CONTROL ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY LH |
Connect the connector.
Turn the headlight light control ECU sub-assembly LH in the direction indicated by the arrow to install it.

| 8. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB |
Install the front turn signal light bulb to the front turn signal light bulb socket.
 |
Turn the front turn signal light bulb socket with the front turn signal light bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow to connect them as a unit.
 |
| 9. INSTALL NO. 2 HEADLIGHT BULB |
Turn the No. 2 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow to install it.
- NOTICE:
- Do not touch the glass part of the bulb.

Connect the connector.
