1. REMOVE QUARTER PANEL PLATE

HINT:
When removing the quarter panel plate, heat the vehicle body and quarter panel plate using a heat light.
Standard Heating Temperature:

Quarter Panel Plate
20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F)
NOTICE:
Do not heat the vehicle body or quarter panel plate excessively.

  1. Put protective tape around the quarter panel plate.

  1. Insert a piano wire between the vehicle body and quarter panel plate.

  1. Tie objects that can serve as handles (for example, wooden blocks) to both wire ends.

  1. Pull the piano wire and scrape off the double-sided tape that holds the quarter panel plate to the vehicle body.

    NOTICE:
    Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  1. Remove the quarter panel plate.
