  8. REMOVE INNER SEAT BRACKET ASSEMBLY RH

  9. REMOVE SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY RH

  10. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ARMREST HOLE BOARD COVER

  11. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK SIDE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  12. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

  13. REMOVE CONNECTOR HOLDER

  14. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER

  15. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER

  16. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK PAD

  17. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK PROTECTOR

Front Seat Assembly (For Bench Seat Type) -- Disassembly

1. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP RH

  1. Remove the 2 seat adjuster cover caps.



2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

  1. Remove the front seat assembly RH (LandCruiser RM00000390S018X.html).

  1. Disconnect the occupant detection sensor connector and detach the 3 wire harness clamps.

  1. Remove the nut.

  1. Pass the front seat inner belt assembly RH through the band of the front seat cushion cover as shown in the illustration to remove the front seat inner belt assembly RH.



3. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH

  1. Using a screwdriver, detach the claw and remove the reclining adjuster release handle RH.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  1. Detach the 2 rubber bands.

  1. Remove the screw.

  1. Detach the clip and guide, and remove the front seat cushion shield RH.

  1. Twist the front seat hinge knob in the direction indicated by the arrow and remove it.



6. REMOVE FRONT SEAT HINGE COVER RH

  1. Remove the 2 screws.

  1. Detach the 2 hooks and remove the front seat hinge cover RH.



7. REMOVE FRONT SEAT LOWER CUSHION SHIELD RH

  1. Remove the 2 screws.

  1. Detach the hook and remove the front seat lower cushion shield RH.



8. REMOVE INNER SEAT BRACKET ASSEMBLY RH

  1. Temporarily install the front seat hinge knob.

  1. Operate the front seat hinge knob and fold down the seat armrest assembly RH.

  1. Raise the seat armrest assembly RH 3 notches.

  1. Remove the front seat hinge knob.

  1. Remove the 4 bolts and inner seat bracket assembly RH.



9. REMOVE SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY RH

  1. Remove the bolt and seat armrest assembly RH.



10. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ARMREST HOLE BOARD COVER

  1. Remove the front seat armrest hole board cover from the seat armrest assembly RH.



11. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK SIDE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  1. Detach the hook and open the front seatback side cover sub-assembly RH.

  1. Remove the front seatback side cover sub-assembly RH with the front seatback inside pad RH.

  1. Remove the front seatback side cover sub-assembly RH from the front seatback inside pad RH.



12. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

  1. Bend out the 2 cushion edge tabs.

    NOTICE:
    Be careful not to break the cushion edge tabs.

  1. Using a clip remover, remove the clip.



  1. Remove the hog ring and detach the hooks.

  1. Using a precision screwdriver, detach the claw and remove the connector holder.

  1. Remove the hog rings, and then roll up the separate type front seatback cover.

  1. Remove the hog rings, detach the 2 straps of the separate type front seatback cover, and then roll up the separate type front seatback cover.

  1. Detach the fastening tape and hook, and then roll up the separate type front seatback cover.



  1. Remove the hog rings and roll up the separate type front seatback cover.

  1. Remove the separate type front seatback pad from the front seat frame assembly with adjuster RH.

  1. Detach the guide and remove the reclining adjuster inside cover LH.
