DESCRIPTION
The fold seat control ECU receives signals from the park/neutral position switch and controls the seat folding and return operations. If the shift lever is in any position other than P when the ignition switch is ON, the seat cannot be operated.

1.CHECK FOLD SEAT CONTROL ECU (PARK/NEUTRAL POSITION SWITCH SIGNAL) |
Remove the fold seat control ECU with its connectors still connected (LandCruiser RM0000045DH00EX.html).
Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Standard Voltage:

Disconnect the C40 switch connector.
Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

3.INSPECT PARK/NEUTRAL POSITION SWITCH ASSEMBLY |
Disconnect the C40 switch connector.
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Standard Resistance:

Disconnect the d1*1 or c1*2 ECU connector.
- *1: for LH Side
- *2: for RH Side
Disconnect the C40 switch connector.
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
