Condenser Fan -- Removal |
| 1. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL |
Remove the 13 clips and upper radiator support seal.
| 2. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE |

Put protective tape around the radiator grille.
Remove the 4 screws.
Detach the 8 claws and remove the radiator grille.

| 3. REMOVE HOOD LOCK RELEASE LEVER PROTECTOR |
Detach the 2 clamps and 2 guides and remove the hood lock release lever protector.

| 4. REMOVE HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY |
for LHD:
Remove the hood lock assembly (LandCruiser RM000000Y550EQX_01_0011.html).
for RHD:
Remove the hood lock assembly (LandCruiser RM000000Y550EQX_01_0079.html).
| 5. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING TUBE ASSEMBLY |

Disconnect the connector.
Detach the clamp, remove the 2 bolts and the air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.
- HINT:
- It is not necessary to completely remove the air conditioning tube. Move the tube so that the shroud blower assembly can be removed.
Remove the O-ring from the air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.
- NOTICE:
- Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering them.
| 6. REMOVE SHROUD BLOWER ASSEMBLY |

Disconnect the connector.
Remove the 2 bolts and shroud blower assembly as shown in the illustration.
