  1. CLEAR IMMOBILISER DTC

Engine Immobiliser System (W/ Entry And Start System) -- Dtc Check / Clear


HINT:
  1. When using the GTS with the engine switch off to troubleshoot: Connect the GTS to the vehicle and turn a courtesy light switch on and off at 1.5 second intervals until communication between the GTS and vehicle begins.
  2. Refer to the GTS operator's manual for further details.

CHECK FOR IMMOBILISER DTC

  1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

  2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

  3. Turn the GTS on.

  4. Enter the following menus: Body / Entry&Start / DTC.

  5. Check for DTCs.


CHECK FOR ECM DTC

  1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

  2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

  3. Turn the GTS on.

  4. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine and ECT / DTC.

  5. Check for DTCs.


CLEAR IMMOBILISER DTC

  1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

  2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

  3. Turn the GTS on.

  4. Enter the following menus: Body / Entry&Start / DTC.

  5. Clear the DTCs.


CLEAR ECM DTC

  1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

  2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

  3. Turn the GTS on.

  4. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine and ECT / DTC.

  5. Clear the DTCs.
