INSPECTION PROCEDURE

NOTICE:

1. If the rear power window regulator motor assembly LH has been replaced with a new one, initialize the power window control system (LandCruiser RM0000011V20BLX.html).
   
2. Check that the "RL Window Auto Up" and "RL Window Auto Down" power window control system customize settings are "ON" before proceeding with work (LandCruiser RM000005CF7003X.html).
   
3. After the catch protection function operates, the auto operation is not performed the first time auto up is performed. All auto up operations performed after the first operate normally.
   

HINT:

If the pulse sensor built into the rear power window regulator motor assembly LH is malfunctioning, the power window control system enters fail-safe mode. The remote up and down and auto up and down functions cannot be operated during fail-safe mode. However, the power window can be closed by holding the rear power window regulator switch assembly (for Rear Door LH) at the auto up position, and opened manually by pushing down the rear power window regulator switch assembly (for Rear Door LH) (LandCruiser RM000000X8Z0DCX.html).

1. Read the Data List according to the display on the GTS (LandCruiser RM0000027QL04NX.html).

1. Initialize the rear power window regulator motor assembly LH (LandCruiser RM0000011V20BLX.html).
   

1. Check that the rear LH door power window moves when the auto up and down function of the rear power window regulator switch assembly (for Rear LH Door) is operated (LandCruiser RM0000016810FQX.html).
   

   OK:

   Rear LH door auto up and down function is normal.
   

1. Remove the rear power window regulator switch assembly (for Rear LH Door) (LandCruiser RM000002STU0ATX.html).
   

2. Inspect the rear power window regulator switch assembly (for Rear LH Door) (LandCruiser RM000002R1K05GX.html).
   

1. Disconnect the M2 rear power window regulator switch assembly (for Rear LH Door) connector.
   

2. Disconnect the M4 rear power window regulator motor assembly LH connector.
   

3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
   

   Standard Resistance:

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
