Hazard Warning Switch Installation

  1. INSTALL INTEGRATION PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Cooler System)

  2. INSTALL HAZARD WARNING SIGNAL SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for Manual Cooler System)

  3. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY

Hazard Warning Switch -- Installation



1. INSTALL INTEGRATION PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Cooler System)


    Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25

  1. Connect the No. 1 cooler wire to integration panel sub-assembly (air conditioning panel) as shown in the illustration.

  1. Attach the 3 claws to the lower heater control base.

  1. Install the 4 screws.

  1. Install the 4 screws.



2. INSTALL HAZARD WARNING SIGNAL SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for Manual Cooler System)

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the hazard warning signal switch assembly.



3. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY

  1. for Manual Air Conditioning System:

    1. Connect the connectors.

    2. Attach the 4 claws to connect the air conditioner control.

    3. Attach the 10 claws and 4 clips to install the center instrument cluster finish panel.

  1. for Automatic Air Conditioning System:

    1. Connect the connectors.

    2. Attach the 8 claws and 4 clips to install the center instrument cluster finish panel.
