  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

  3. REMOVE REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM LH

  4. REMOVE LOWER QUARTER TRIM PANEL LH

  5. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

Rear Seat Outer Belt Assembly (For Double Cab) -- Removal


HINT:
  1. Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
  2. The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


1. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

  1. Put protective tape around the rear door scuff plate.

  1. Using a moulding remover, detach the 7 claws and 2 clips, and remove the rear door scuff plate.



3. REMOVE REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM LH

  1. Partially remove the rear door opening trim LH so that the lower quarter trim panel LH can be removed (HILUX_TGN26 RM00000148O00YX_01_0004.html).



4. REMOVE LOWER QUARTER TRIM PANEL LH

  1. Detach the claw and 3 clips and remove the lower quarter trim panel.



5. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Remove the bolt and rear seat outer belt floor anchor.

  1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and open the rear seat outer belt shoulder anchor cover.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
