REMOVE WASHER INLET SUB-ASSEMBLY
REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE
REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER
DRAIN WASHER FLUID
REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY
REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY
| 1. REMOVE WASHER INLET SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Remove the clip.
Pull the washer inlet of the washer jar and pump upward. Then remove it from the windshield washer jar and pump.
| 2. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE |
Put protective tape around the radiator grille.

Remove the 2 clips and 2 screws.
Detach the 6 claws and remove the radiator grille.
| 3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER |
Remove the 3 clips and 6 screws.
Put protective tape around the front bumper cover.

Remove the 2 bolts, 2 screws and 5 clips.
Detach the 6 claws and remove the front bumper cover.
w/ Fog Light:
Disconnect the 2 fog light connectors.
Disconnect the washer hose from the windshield washer motor and pump, and drain the washer fluid.
- HINT:
- Use a container to collect the washer fluid.
| 5. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY |
Remove the grommet.
Disconnect the connector and washer hose.
Detach the 2 clamps and remove the 3 bolts. Then remove the washer jar and pump.
| 6. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY |
Pull out the washer motor and pump from the packing of the washer jar.
