Rear Combination Light Assembly Installation

Vehicle Exterior. Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25

  1. INSTALL REAR COMBINATION LIGHT SOCKET AND WIRE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  2. INSTALL BACK UP LIGHT BULB

  3. INSTALL REAR TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

  4. INSTALL TAIL AND STOP LIGHT BULB

  5. INSTALL REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

Rear Combination Light Assembly -- Installation


HINT:
  1. Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
  2. The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


1. INSTALL REAR COMBINATION LIGHT SOCKET AND WIRE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Attach the claw.

  1. Attach the guide to install the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly LH.



2. INSTALL BACK UP LIGHT BULB


    Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25

  1. Install the back up light bulb to the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly LH.

  1. Turn the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly LH in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install the socket.



3. INSTALL REAR TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB


    Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25

  1. Install the rear turn signal light bulb to the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly LH.

  1. Turn the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly LH in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install the socket.



4. INSTALL TAIL AND STOP LIGHT BULB


    Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25

  1. Install the tail and stop light bulb to the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly LH.

  1. Turn the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly LH in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install the socket.



5. INSTALL REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Connect the connector.

  1. Attach the 2 clips to install the rear combination light assembly LH.

  1. Install the 2 bolts to the rear combination light assembly LH.

    Torque:
    2.5 N*m{25 kgf*cm, 22 in.*lbf}
