  1. DRAIN BRAKE FLUID

  2. REMOVE BLEND PROPORTIONING VALVE ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET

  3. REMOVE BLEND PROPORTIONING VALVE ASSEMBLY

Load Sensing Proportioning Valve (W/ Vsc) -- Removal



1. DRAIN BRAKE FLUID
NOTICE:
Wash off brake fluid immediately if it comes in contact with any painted surface.


2. REMOVE BLEND PROPORTIONING VALVE ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET

  1. Remove the 2 clips.

  1. Using a union nut wrench, disconnect the brake lines at the 6 points indicated by the arrows in the illustration.

  1. Remove the 3 bolts and blend proportioning valve assembly with bracket.



3. REMOVE BLEND PROPORTIONING VALVE ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the 2 bolts, nut and 2 valves from the bracket.
