1. INSPECT MIRROR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/o Retract Mirror) |
Inspect mirror sub-assembly operation.
Disconnect the mirror connector.
Apply battery voltage and check the operation of the mirror.
- OK:
Measurement Condition Specified Condition Battery positive (+) → H2-5 (MV)
Battery negative (-) → H2-4 (M+)Turns upward Battery positive (+) → H2-4 (M+)
Battery negative (-) → H2-5 (MV)Turns downward Battery positive (+) → H2-3 (MH)

Apply battery voltage and check operation of the mirror face, as shown in the table below.

For each position: Disconnect the battery, set the mirror position by hand, and then connect the battery and check the retractable mirror movement.

- The mirror position cannot be changed manually when the battery is connected. To change the mirror position manually, the battery must be disconnected first.
