Rear Seat Assembly Reassembly

Using hog ring pliers, install the rear seat cushion cover sub-assembly with 12 new hog rings.

NOTICE:

1. Be careful not to damage the cover.
   
2. When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.
   

Using hog ring pliers, install the rear seat cushion cover sub-assembly with 27 new hog rings.

NOTICE:

1. Be careful not to damage the cover.
   
2. When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.
   

Install the rear seat belt hook RH with the clip.

Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seatback cover RH to the separate type rear seatback pad RH with 2 new hog rings.

NOTICE:

1. Be careful not to damage the cover.
   
2. When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.
   

Install the rod to the separate type rear seatback cover RH.

Insert the rod to the separate type rear seatback pad RH as shown in the illustration.

Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seatback cover RH to the separate type rear seatback pad RH with 4 new hog rings.

NOTICE:

1. Be careful not to damage the cover.
   
2. When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.
   

Temporarily install the rear seatback cover with pad RH to the rear seatback frame sub-assembly RH.

Engage the 4 claws and install the 2 rear seat center headrest supports.

Engage the 4 claws and install the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

Engage the 2 claws.

Install the rear seat shoulder belt guide RH with the screw.

Using hog ring pliers, install 2 new hog rings.

NOTICE:

1. Be careful not to damage the cover.
   
2. When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.
   

Engage the 5 hooks.

Fasten the rear seatback cover with pad RH.

Install the 3 clips.

Install the bush.

Insert the pin into the rear seatback.

Torque:

4.5 N*m{46 kgf*cm, 40 in.*lbf}

Install the rear seat center armrest assembly with the bolt and bush.

Engage the claw and install the center armrest hinge cover as shown in the illustration.

Install the rear seat belt hook LH with the clip.

Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seatback cover LH to the separate type rear seatback pad LH with 2 new hog rings.

NOTICE:

1. Be careful not to damage the cover.
   
2. When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.
   

Install the rod to the separate type rear seatback cover LH.

Insert the rod to the separate type rear seatback pad LH as shown in the illustration.

Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seatback cover LH to the separate type rear seatback pad LH with 4 new hog rings.

2. When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.
   

Temporarily install the rear seatback cover with pad LH to the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

Engage the 4 claws and install the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

Engage the 2 claws.

Install the rear seat shoulder belt guide LH with the screw.

Using hog ring pliers, install 2 new hog rings.

2. When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.
   

Engage the 4 hooks.

Fasten the rear seatback cover with pad LH.

Install the 2 clips.
