Oil Pump Reassembly

Coat 2 new clutch drum oil seal rings with ATF, and install them to the stator shaft.

Using SST and a hammer, install a new front oil pump oil seal to the oil pump body.

Oil seal driven in depth:

-0.15 to 0.15 mm (-0.00590 to 0.00590 in.)

Coat the front oil pump driven gear with ATF, and install it to the oil pump body with the marked side facing upward.

Coat the front oil pump drive gear with ATF, and install it to the oil pump body with the marked side facing upward.

Using a "TORX" socket wrench T30, install the stator shaft assembly with the 10 "TORX" screws.

Torque:

9.8 N*m{100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf}

Turn the drive gear with 2 screwdrivers and make sure that it rotates smoothly.

NOTICE:

Do not damage the oil seal lip.

Coat a new front oil pump body O-ring with ATF, and install it to the oil pump.
