Side Turn Signal Light Assembly Removal

Apply protective tape to the bottom of the visor of the door mirror.

Push the upper part of the mirror surface to tilt it.

Insert a screwdriver between the mirror holder (black) and the plate pivot (white) to disengage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration.

HINT:

Insert a screwdriver and turn it to disengage the claws between the mirror holder and plate pivot.

NOTICE:

Attempts to pull out the mirror holder without disengaging the claws may cause the actuator or the mirror to break. Be sure to disengage the claws completely.

Push the lower part of the plate pivot (white).

Disengage the 2 claws on the upper part of the mirror holder (black) to remove the mirror glass.

Apply protective tape to the bottom of the visor of the door mirror.

Push the upper part of the mirror surface to tilt it.

Insert a screwdriver between the mirror holder (black) and the plate pivot (white) to disengage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration.

HINT:

Insert a screwdriver and turn it to disengage the claws between the mirror holder and plate pivot.

NOTICE:

Attempts to pull out the mirror holder without disengaging the claws may cause the actuator or the mirror to break. Be sure to disengage the claws completely.

Push the lower part of the plate pivot (white).

Disengage the 2 claws on the upper part of the mirror holder (black) to separate the mirror glass.

Disconnect the connector and remove the outer rear view mirror glass.

Disengage the 7 claws and remove the outer mirror cover.

Remove the 3 screws.

Disconnect the connector and remove the side turn signal light assembly.
