  1. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (for Corner Sensor)

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (for Corner Sensor)

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (for Back Sensor)

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (for Back Sensor)

  5. INSTALL REAR BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  6. INSTALL REAR QUARTER PANEL MUDGUARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  7. INSTALL REAR QUARTER PANEL MUDGUARD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

Ultrasonic Sensor (For Rear Side) -- Installation



1. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (for Corner Sensor)


    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40.Park Assist Monitoring.Toyota Parking Assist-Sensor System.Ultrasonic Sensor (For Rear Side) Installation

  1. Install the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainer to the rear bumper.

    NOTICE:
    Do not damage the bumper with the snap when installing the retainer.
    HINT:
    1. When installing the retainer, align the keyhole and snap as shown in the illustration.
    2. The illustration is for the LH side. The RH side is the opposite of the LH side.


2. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (for Corner Sensor)


    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40

  1. Engage the 2 claws and install the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor.

    HINT:
    The illustration is for the LH side. The RH side is the opposite of the LH side.

  1. Connect the sensor connector.



3. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (for Back Sensor)

  1. Install the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainer to the rear bumper.

    NOTICE:
    Do not damage the bumper with the snap when installing the retainer.
    HINT:
    When installing the retainer, align the keyhole and snap as shown in the illustration.


4. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (for Back Sensor)


    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40

  1. Engage the 2 claws and install the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor.



    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40

  1. Install the sensor clip as shown in the illustration.

  1. Connect the sensor connector.



5. INSTALL REAR BUMPER ASSEMBLY


  1. w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System:



      Camry. Acv40 Gsv40

    1. Connect the connector.

  1. Engage the 12 claws and connect the rear bumper assembly as shown in the illustration.

    HINT:
    Use the same procedure for the LH side and RH side.

  1. Install the rear bumper assembly with the 6 screws and 2 clips.

  1. Install the 2 rear bumper plates.



6. INSTALL REAR QUARTER PANEL MUDGUARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40

  1. Install the rear quarter panel mudguard sub-assembly LH with the 3 screws.



7. INSTALL REAR QUARTER PANEL MUDGUARD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
HINT:
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
