  2. ALIGN FRONT WHEELS FACING STRAIGHT AHEAD

  3. DISCONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL

  4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD ASSEMBLY

  5. REMOVE SIDE NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

  7. REMOVE PLASMACLUSTER

Plasmacluster -- Removal



1. PRECAUTION

NOTICE:
After the ignition switch is turned off, the navigation receiver assembly (HDD navigation system) records various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the ignition switch off, make sure to wait at least 60 seconds before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.


2. ALIGN FRONT WHEELS FACING STRAIGHT AHEAD


3. DISCONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL
NOTICE:
Wait for 90 seconds after disconnecting the terminal to prevent the airbag from deploying. (CAMRY_ACV40 RM000000KT107KX.html)


4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the instrument panel safety pad assembly (CAMRY_ACV40 RM0000024DD049X.html).



5. REMOVE SIDE NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT


    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40.Air Conditioning.Air Conditioning System.Plasmacluster Removal

  1. Remove the screw <F> and the side No. 1 defroster nozzle duct.



6. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT


    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40.Air Conditioning.Air Conditioning System.Plasmacluster Removal

  1. Remove the 3 screws <F> and the No. 1 heater to register duct.



7. REMOVE PLASMACLUSTER


    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40

  1. Remove the 2 screws and plasmacluster.
