Theft Deterrent System (W/ Entry And Start System) -- System Description

OUTLINE OF THEFT DETERRENT SYSTEM
  1. The theft deterrent system can be set by locking the doors using the transmitter.
  2. The alarm function will activate when someone attempts forcibly to unlock any of the doors or open any of the doors, engine hood and luggage door while the system is in the armed state.
  3. In the alarm sounding state, the system blinks the hazard warning lights. At the same time, the system sounds the vehicle horns and security horn to deter break-in and theft as well as to warn people around the vehicle.
  4. The theft deterrent system has active arming mode. There are 4 states; a disarmed state, an arming preparation state, an armed state and an alarm sounding state.
  1. Disarmed state:

    1. The alarm function is not operating.
    2. The theft deterrent system is not operating.
  2. Arming preparation state:

    1. The time until the system goes into the armed state.
    2. The theft deterrent system is not operating.
  3. Armed state:

    1. The theft deterrent system is operating.
  4. Alarm sounding state:

    1. Alarm function is operating.
    Alarm time:
    Approx. 27.5 seconds
