REMOVE VALVE LIFTER
REMOVE INTAKE VALVE
REMOVE EXHAUST VALVE
REMOVE VALVE STEM OIL SEAL
REMOVE COMBUSTION CHAMBER SUB-ASSEMBLY
REMOVE STUD BOLT
REMOVE SEMICIRCULAR PLUG
ГОЛОВКА БЛОКА ЦИЛИНДРОВ - РАЗБОРКА
| 1. REMOVE VALVE LIFTER |
Remove the valve lifter and adjusting shim.
- УКАЗАНИЕ:
- Arrange the valve lifters and shims in the correct order.
| 2. REMOVE INTAKE VALVE |
Using SST, compress the spring and remove the 2 retainer locks.
- SST
- 09202-70020(09202-00030)
Remove the spring retainer, spring, valve and spring seat plate washer.
- УКАЗАНИЕ:
- Arrange the valves, springs, spring seat plate washers and spring retainers in the correct order.
| 3. REMOVE EXHAUST VALVE |
Using SST, compress the spring and remove the 2 retainer locks.

- 09202-70020(09202-00030)
Remove the spring retainer, spring, valve and spring seat plate washer.
- УКАЗАНИЕ:
- Arrange the valves, springs, spring seat plate washers and spring retainers in the correct order.
| 4. REMOVE VALVE STEM OIL SEAL |
Using needle-nose pliers, remove the oil seals.
| 5. REMOVE COMBUSTION CHAMBER SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Using SST, remove the 4 combustion chambers and 4 valve seats.

- 09208-48010
- УКАЗАНИЕ:
- Arrange the combustion chambers and valve seats in the correct order.
| 6. REMOVE STUD BOLT |
- ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
- If a stud bolt is deformed or its threads are damaged, replace it.
| 7. REMOVE SEMICIRCULAR PLUG |
Remove the semicircular plug from the cylinder head.
