FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY - REMOVAL
- HINT:
Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
The procedure listed below is for the LH side.
| 1. PRECAUTION |
- NOTICE:
- After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work ().
| 2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL |
- CAUTION:
- Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.
- NOTICE:
- When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected ().
| 3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Manual Seat) |
Remove the front seat assembly ().
| 4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat) |
Remove the front seat assembly ().
| 5. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Manual Seat) |
Disconnect the connectors and detach the clamps.
Remove the nut and front seat inner belt assembly.
Remove the front seat belt anchor plate.
| 6. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat) |
Disconnect the connectors and detach the clamps.
Remove the nut and front seat inner belt assembly.
Remove the front seat belt anchor plate.
