POWER BACK DOOR CONTROL SWITCH - INSPECTION

1. INSPECT DOOR CONTROL SWITCH
Power Back Door Control Switch - Inspection. DOOR / HATCH. Land Cruiser URJ200 URJ202 GRJ200 VDJ200

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

  • Standard Resistance:
  • Tester ConnectionSwitch ConditionSpecified Condition
    3 (E) - 6 (CSW)Pushed (on)Below 1 Ω
    3 (E) - 6 (CSW)Not pushed (off)10 kΩ or higher

If the result is not as specified, replace the door control switch.


Apply battery voltage to the connector and check the LED illumination.

  • Measurement ConditionSpecified Condition
    Battery positive (+) → terminal 5 (ILL+)
    Battery negative (-) → terminal 4 (ILL-)    		Illuminates
