RELAY - ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
  • NOTICE:
  • When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected ().
2. REMOVE SUSPENSION CONTROL RELAY

Remove the suspension control relay from the engine room relay block.

3. INSPECT SUSPENSION CONTROL RELAY (AHC)
Relay - On-Vehicle Inspection. SUSPENSION CONTROL. Land Cruiser URJ200 URJ202 GRJ200 VDJ200

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

  • Standard Resistance:
  • Tester ConnectionConditionSpecified Condition
    3 - 5 Battery voltage is not applied to terminals 1 and 210 kΩ or higher
    Battery voltage is applied to terminals 1 and 2Below 1 Ω
If the result is not as specified, replace the suspension control relay.
4. INSTALL SUSPENSION CONTROL RELAY

Install the relay to the engine room relay block.

5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
