INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR - INSTALLATION
| 1. INSTALL INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR (w/o Intercooler) |
Using a 22mm deep socket wrench, install the sensor and a new gasket.
- Torque:
- 34 N*m{ 347 kgf*cm, 25 ft.*lbf}
| 2. INSTALL INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR (w/ Intercooler) |
Using a ball joint lock nut wrench, install the sensor and a new gasket.
- Torque:
- 29 N*m{ 300 kgf*cm, 22 ft.*lbf}
- NOTICE:
- Do not use a tool such as an impact wrench or equivalent.
- HINT:
Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.8 in.). When using a torque wrench with a fulcrum length that is not 300 mm (11.8 in.), calculate the torque specification for the torque wrench and SST based on the "without SST" torque specification ().
Make sure SST and the wrench are connected in a straight line.
