INJECTOR DRIVER - INSTALLATION
| 1. INSTALL INJECTOR DRIVER |
- NOTICE:
- Be careful not to drop or strike the injector driver.
w/ DPF:
Install the No. 2 injector driver to the No. 2 injector driver bracket with the 4 screws.
- Torque:
- 2.0 N*m{ 20 kgf*cm, 18 in.*lbf}
w/o DPF:
Install the No. 2 injector driver and injector driver bracket to the No. 2 injector driver bracket with the 4 screws.
- Torque:
- 2.0 N*m{ 20 kgf*cm, 18 in.*lbf}
w/ DPF:
Install the No. 1 injector driver to the No. 1 injector driver bracket with the 4 screws.
- Torque:
- 2.0 N*m{ 20 kgf*cm, 18 in.*lbf}
w/o DPF:
Install the No. 1 injector driver and injector driver bracket to the No. 1 injector driver bracket with the 4 screws.
- Torque:
- 2.0 N*m{ 20 kgf*cm, 18 in.*lbf}
Install the No. 2 injector driver bracket to the No. 1 injector driver bracket with the 2 bolts.
- Torque:
- 3.0 N*m{ 31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf}
w/ DPF:
Install the injector driver assembly with the 3 bolts.
- Torque:
- 8.0 N*m{ 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf}
Install the ground wire to the No. 2 injector driver bracket with the bolt.
- Torque:
- 8.4 N*m{ 85 kgf*cm, 74 in.*lbf}
Connect the 7 injector driver connectors and attach the 2 wire harness clamps.
w/o DPF:
Install the injector driver assembly with the 3 bolts.
- Torque:
- 8.0 N*m{ 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf}
Attach the fuel hose clamp and wire harness clamp.
Connect the 4 injector driver connectors.
Install the ground wire to the No. 1 injector driver bracket with the bolt.
- Torque:
- 8.4 N*m{ 85 kgf*cm, 74 in.*lbf}
| 2. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL |
- NOTICE:
- When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected ().
Connect the cables to the negative (-) main battery and sub-battery terminals.
