DESCRIPTION

C1452After braking, the fluid pressure inside the accumulator is less than the threshold within 3.2 seconds.

Master cylinder solenoid (Accumulator pressure sensor)

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

  • NOTICE:
  • After replacing the master cylinder solenoid, perform zero point calibration and store the system information ().
1.CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS

Check with the customer to determine if frequent braking has been performed.

NEXT
2.RECONFIRM DTC

Clear the DTC ().

Turn the ignition switch off.

Depress the brake pedal more than 40 times.

Turn the ignition switch to ON.

Wait for 99 seconds.

Check if the same DTC is output ().

  • HINT:
  • Excessive brake pedal operation results in abnormal accumulator pressure consumption. This is normal.

3.CHECK HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT

Check the hydraulic circuit ().

  • OK:
  • Hydraulic circuit is normal (no leakage).

4.READ VALUE USING GTS (ACCUMULATOR SENSOR)

Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

Turn the ignition switch to ON.

Turn the GTS on.

Enter the following menus: Chassis / ABS/VSC/TRC / Data List.
