Check if the voice on the other side can be heard using a cellular phone.

• OK:
• Voice can be heard.

Check that sound from the audio system can be heard from the front speakers.

• OK:
• Sound from the audio system can be heard.

• HINT:

• If sound from the audio system cannot be heard, proceed to "No sound can be heard from speakers. (Audio is mute.)" in Problem Symptoms Table ().

Check that the received voice level setting on the cellular phone is not too low.
