AUDIO AND VISUAL SYSTEM (w/ Navigation System) - HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING
- HINT:
Use the following procedure to troubleshoot the audio and visual system.
*: Use the intelligent tester.
1.VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP |

2.INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE |
Measure the battery voltage with the engine switch off.
- Standard voltage:
- 11 to 14 V
If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding to the next step.

Ask the customer about symptoms and confirm malfunctions.

- The present DTCs may not indicate actual malfunctions depending on the vehicle operating conditions.

- HINT:
Even if the malfunction symptom is not confirmed, check for DTCs. This is because the system stores history DTCs.

The audio and visual system (w/ Navigation System) outputs DTCs for the following system.
When DTCs other than those in Diagnostic Trouble Code Chart for the audio and visual system (w/ Navigation System) are output, refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code Chart for the relevant system.
