Temporarily install the nut, and flip the ball joint stud back and forth 5 times as shown in the illustration.

Using SST and a press, press out the bush.

Detach the clamp, and disconnect the connector from the protector.

Temporarily install the lower suspension arm, camber adjusting cam, No. 2 camber adjusting cam, No. 2 suspension toe adjusting plate, toe adjusting cam and washer with the bolt and nut.

Install the 2 No. 1 spring bumpers.

Inspect the ball joint rotation condition.

Using a chisel and hammer, pry the flange of the bush outward.

Detach the clamp, and disconnect the connector from the protector.
