Using SST and a press, install the input shaft front bearing to the input shaft.

Check for wear or damage.

Remove the 12 roller bearings.

Install the output shaft by lightly tapping on the back side of the intermediate plate with a plastic-faced hammer.

Loosen the hose clamp, and remove the breather hose.

Apply release hub grease to the release fork, release bearing, push rod contact point and pivot points shown in the illustration.
