Disconnect the union to connector tube hose from the vacuum pump.

Place the brake booster accumulator assembly in a vise and cover it with cloth.

Install a new brake booster gasket to the hydraulic brake booster.

Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to a new piston.

Apply battery voltage to the brake booster pump cables, and check the operation of the pump motor.

Using a 5 mm hexagon wrench, remove the bolt and No. 1 brake actuator bracket.

Remove the 2 screws.

Inspect the battery voltage.
