Temporarily install the 2 steering rack ends to the power steering rack.

Install the nut.

Using SST, fix the power steering link in a vise.

Remove the engine ().

Attach the 2 claws to install the steering heater switch to the lower instrument panel finish panel sub-assembly.

Disconnect the steering heater switch connector.

Put protective tape around the No. 2 instrument panel finish panel cushion.

Install the steering wheel heater control assembly to the lower steering wheel boss cover with the 2 screws.
