Room Temperature Sensor (For Rear Side) - Removal

Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove the sensor, and then disconnect the connector.

Connect the hose to install the sensor.

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Put protective tape around the No. 2 instrument panel finish panel cushion.

Install the shroud blower with the bolt.

Apply battery voltage and check operation of the horn, as shown in the table.

OK:
Measurement Condition Specified Condition
Battery positive (+) → Terminal 1
Battery negative (-) → Terminal 2 Motor operates smoothly

If the result is not as specified, replace the shroud blower assembly.
