Front Bumper -- Installation |
| 1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH |
Attach the 2 claws to install the front bumper side support.
Install the bolt and screw.
| 2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH |
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
| 3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER NO. 2 RETAINER BRACKET |
Install the front bumper No. 2 retainer bracket with the bolt.
- Torque:
- 12 N*m{122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf}
| 4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER NO. 1 RETAINER BRACKET |
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure described for the front bumper No. 2 retainer bracket.
| 5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT BRACKET |
Install the front bumper reinforcement bracket with the bolt.
- Torque:
- 12 N*m{122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf}
| 6. INSTALL RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR LH |
Attach the claw to install the radiator side deflector.
Install the 2 clips.
| 7. INSTALL RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH |

- Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
| 8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER MOUNTING BRACKET |
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure for both front bumper mounting brackets.
Install the front bumper mounting bracket with the bolt.
- Torque:
- 12 N*m{122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf}
| 9. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Install the front bumper reinforcement with the 4 nuts.
- Torque:
- 67 N*m{683 kgf*cm, 49 ft.*lbf}
| 10. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT EXTENSION LH |
Attach the 2 claws to install the front bumper reinforcement extension.
| 11. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT EXTENSION RH |
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
| 12. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER |
Install the No. 1 engine under cover with the 5 bolts and 4 clips.
- Torque:
- 12 N*m{117 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf}
| 13. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER |
w/ Headlight Cleaner System:
Connect the headlight cleaner hose.
w/ Fog Light:
Connect the 2 fog light connectors.
Attach the 8 claws to install the front bumper cover.
Install the 5 clips, 2 bolts and 2 screws.
Install the 3 clips and 6 screws.
| 14. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/ Fog Light) |
Attach the 8 claws to install the fog light cover.
| 15. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/ Fog Light) |

- Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
| 16. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light) |
Attach the 8 claws to install the front bumper hole cover.
| 17. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Fog Light) |
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
| 18. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE |
Attach the 6 claws to install the radiator grille.
Install the 2 screws and 2 clips.
| 19. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING (w/ Fog Light) |
