- NOTICE:
- When replacing the brake actuator assembly, perform zero point calibration (Toyota Fortuner RM000000XHR02TX.html).
| 1.CHECK BRAKE WARNING LIGHT |
Disconnect the skid control ECU connector.
Turn the ignition switch to on.
Check that the brake warning light comes on.
- OK:
- The brake warning light comes on.

| 2.PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING INTELLIGENT TESTER (BRAKE WARNING LIGHT) |
Perform the Active Test of the skid control ECU using the intelligent tester (Toyota Fortuner RM000000XHW03RX.html).
Check the Data List.
- OK:
- "Brake Warning Light" in the Data List changes between ON and OFF when the ON/OFF operation of "Brake Warning Light" in the Active Test is performed.
