CHECK SEAT TYPE

INSPECT FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (BUCKLE SWITCH)

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FRONT SEAT INNER BELT - COMBINATION METER AND BODY GROUND)

INSPECT FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (BUCKLE SWITCH)

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FRONT SEAT INNER BELT - COMBINATION METER AND BODY GROUND)

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

1. Check seat type.
   

   Result

   w/ Power Seat Control System	A
   w/o Power Seat Control System	B

1. Disconnect the F24 belt connector.
   

2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
   

   Standard Resistance:

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   1 - 4	Seat belt is unfastened	Below 1 Ω
   1 - 4	Seat belt is fastened	1 MΩ or higher

1. Disconnect the F24 belt connector.
   

2. Disconnect the C10 meter connector.
   

3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
   

   Standard Resistance:

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   F24-1 - C10-11	Always	Below 1 Ω
   F24-4 - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω
   F24-1 - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

1. Disconnect the F11 belt connector.
   

2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
   

   Standard Resistance:

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   1 - 2	Seat belt is unfastened	Below 1 Ω
   1 - 2	Seat belt is fastened	1 MΩ or higher

1. Disconnect the F11 belt connector.
   

2. Disconnect the C10 meter connector.
   

3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
   

   Standard Resistance:

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   F11-1 - C10-11	Always	Below 1 Ω
   F11-2 - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω
   F11-1 - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
