DISCONNECT FUEL TANK VENT HOSE
DISCONNECT FUEL EMISSION HOSE
DISCONNECT NO. 2 CHARCOAL CANISTER FILTER
REMOVE CHARCOAL CANISTER ASSEMBLY

1. DISCONNECT FUEL TANK VENT HOSE |
Release the retainer as shown in the illustration and disconnect the fuel tank vent hose.

- NOTICE:
- Check for dirt or other foreign matter on the parts to be disconnected and clean them if necessary.
- The quick connector seals with an O-ring. Ensure that there is no damage or foreign matter on the contact surface.
- Do not use any tools.
- Do not bend or twist the tubes.
- Protect the contact surface by covering it with a plastic bag.
- If the connector is stuck, push and pull on the parts to separate them.
2. DISCONNECT FUEL EMISSION HOSE |
Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the fuel emission hose.
3. DISCONNECT NO. 2 CHARCOAL CANISTER FILTER |
Release the retainer as shown in the illustration and disconnect the No. 2 charcoal canister filter.

4. REMOVE CHARCOAL CANISTER ASSEMBLY |
Disconnect the connector.
Remove the 3 bolts and the charcoal canister assembly.
