Ecm (For Hatchback) Installation

Install the No. 2 ECM bracket onto the ECM with the 2 screws.

Torque:

3.0 N*m{31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf}

Install the No. 1 ECM bracket onto the ECM with the 2 screws.

Torque:

3.0 N*m{31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf}

Install the ECM with the bolt and nut.

Torque:

8.0 N*m{82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf}

NOTICE:

If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace it.

Pull down the lever to engage the lock and connect the 2 connectors to the ECM.

NOTICE:

Make sure that the levers are securely locked.

Install the outer cowl top panel with the 8 bolts.

Torque:

7.0 N*m{71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf}

Engage the 2 clamps and install the wire harness.

Install the cowl top to cowl brace with the 2 bolts.

Torque:

7.0 N*m{71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf}

Engage the clip and install the front No. 1 ventilator seal.
