Integration Relay (For Sedan) Inspection

Inspect the EFI fuse.

1. Disconnect the fuse.

2. Measure the resistance of the fuse.
   

   Standard Resistance:

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   EFI fuse	Always	Below 1 Ω

Inspect the EFI relay.

1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   *1	Component without harness connected (Integration Relay)

   Standard Resistance:

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   C1 - A4	Battery voltage not applied	10 kΩ or higher
   	Battery voltage applied to terminals A2 and A3	Below 1 Ω
   C1 - A1	Always	Below 1 Ω

   NOTICE:

   While using the battery for the inspection, do not bring the positive and negative tester probes too close to each other as a short circuit may occur.

   If the result is not as specified, replace the integration relay.
   

Inspect the FAN NO.1 relay.

1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   *1	Component without harness connected (Integration Relay)

   Standard Resistance:

   Tester Connection	Condition	Resistance
   B5 - B8	Battery voltage not applied	10 kΩ or higher
   	Battery voltage applied to terminals B6 and B7	Below 1 Ω

   NOTICE:

   While using the battery for the inspection, do not bring the positive and negative tester probes too close to each other as a short circuit may occur.

   If the result is not as specified, replace the integration relay.
   

Inspect the AM2 fuse.

1. Disconnect the fuse.

   *2	AM2 fuse

2. Measure the resistance of the fuse.
   

   Standard Resistance:

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   AM2 fuse	Always	Below 1 Ω

Inspect the IG2 relay.

1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   *1	Component without harness connected (Integration Relay)

   Standard Resistance:

   Tester Connection	Condition	Resistance
   C1 - B4	Battery voltage not applied	10 kΩ or higher
   	Battery voltage applied to terminals B2 and B3	Below 1 Ω
   C1 - B1	Always	Below 1 Ω

   If the result is not as specified, replace the integration relay.
   

Inspect the horn relay.

1. Remove the horn fuse.
   

2. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals.
   

   Standard resistance:

   Tester Connection	Specified Condition
   A8 - T6	10 kΩ or higher
   	Below 1 Ω (Battery voltage applied to terminals A7 and T6)

   If the result is not as specified, replace the integration relay.
