  1. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  4. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY

Rear Seat Assembly (For Hatchback Fold Down Seat Type) -- Installation



1. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY


    Yaris. Ncp93, 131.Seat.Front Seat Assembly (For Sedan).Rear Seat Assembly (For Hatchback Fold Down Seat Type) Installation

  1. Engage the 2 hooks and temporary install the rear seatback assembly.

  1. Install the 2 bolts in the sequence shown in the illustration.

    Torque:
    42 N*m{428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf}

  1. Pull back the rear seatback assembly.



2. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK

  1. Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 rear seat cushion lock hooks.



3. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    Yaris. Ncp93, 131.Seat.Front Seat Assembly (For Sedan).Rear Seat Assembly (For Hatchback Fold Down Seat Type) Installation

  1. Pass the rear seat inner belt through the slit of the rear seat cushion cover with pad sub-assembly.

    		Rear Side of Rear Seat Cushion Frame

    		Rear Seat Cushion Lock Hook

  1. Align the rear side of the rear seat cushion frame with the 2 hooks.

  1. Engage the 2 hooks with the rear seat cushion lock hooks to install the rear seat cushion with cover pad sub-assembly.

    NOTICE:
    Check that the rear seat cushion lock hooks and the rear seat cushion frame are securely engaged.


4. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the package tray trim panel assembly.

  1. Install the 2 package tray trim suspenders.
