Exhaust Pipe -- Removal |
| 1. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY |
| 2. REMOVE OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 1) |
Disconnect the sensor connector.
 |
Using SST, remove the sensor from the exhaust pipe.

| 3. REMOVE OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 2) |
Disconnect the sensor connector.
 |
Using SST, remove the sensor from the exhaust pipe.

| 4. REMOVE TAIL PIPE ASSEMBLY |
Remove the 2 bolts and 2 compression springs.
Disconnect the 2 exhaust pipe supports and remove the tail pipe assembly.
Remove the gasket.
| 5. REMOVE NO. 2 EXHAUST PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Remove the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.
Remove the No. 2 exhaust pipe sub-assembly from the 3 exhaust pipe supports.
Remove the gasket.
| 6. REMOVE CENTER EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY |
Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts, and center exhaust pipe assembly.
Remove the 2 gaskets.
| 7. REMOVE NO. 1 EXHAUST PIPE SUPPORT BRACKET |
Remove the 2 bolts and No. 1 exhaust pipe support bracket.
| 8. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY |
Remove the 2 nuts and front exhaust pipe assembly.
Remove the gasket from the exhaust manifold.
