  1. INSTALL TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER

  2. ADD AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE FLUID

  3. INSPECT AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE FLUID

  4. ADD COOLANT

1. INSTALL TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER

  1. Install the oil cooler to the bracket with the 3 bolts.

    Torque:
    12 N*m{122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf}

  1. *1: Connect the No. 1 oil cooler outlet hose to the transmission.

  1. *2: Connect the No. 1 oil cooler inlet hose to the transmission.

  1. *3: Connect the No. 3 water by-pass hose to the transmission.

  1. *4: Connect the No. 4 water by-pass hose to the transmission.



2. ADD AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE FLUID


3. INSPECT AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE FLUID

  1. Inspect the automatic transaxle fluid (RAV4_ACA30 RM0000022UI00FX.html).



4. ADD COOLANT

  1. Add the coolant (RAV4_ACA30 RM000001YMM00SX_01_0003.html).
