LIGHTING SYSTEM - Door LOCK Position Circuit


DESCRIPTION

This circuit detects the state of the door lock detection sensor and sends it to the main body ECU.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

1.INSPECT DOOR LOCK


  1. for LHD:


    Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35.Lighting.Lighting System.Lighting System  Door Lock Position Circuit

    1. Remove the front driver side door lock.

    2. Remove the front passenger side door lock*.

    3. Remove the back door lock*.

      HINT:
      *: w/ Entry and start system
    4. Measure the resistance of the door lock.

      Standard resistance:
      Front driver side door lock

      8 (LSSR) - 7 (E)
      LOCK

      Front passenger side door lock*

    1. Remove the front driver side door lock.

    2. Remove the front passenger side door lock*.

    3. Remove the rear door lock LH and RH*.

    4. Remove the back door lock*.

      HINT:

    5. Measure the resistance of the door lock.

  1. for LHD:

    1. Install the door lock.

    2. Connect the door lock connectors.

    3. Disconnect the E18 main body ECU connector.

    4. Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connector.

      Standard resistance:
      w/o Entry and start system

    3. Disconnect the E18 and E20* main body ECU connector.

      HINT:
