INSPECTION PROCEDURE

1.CHECK CONNECTOR CONNECTION CONDITION

  1. Check the installation condition of the motor rotation angle sensor connector.

    OK:
    Motor rotation angle sensor connector is securely connected to the power steering ECU.

3.READ VALUE USING INTELLIGENT TESTER (MOTOR ROTATION ANGLE SENSOR)

  1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

  1. Turn the ignition switch on (IG) and press the intelligent tester main switch ON.

  1. Select the items "Motor Rotation Angle" in the Data List and read the value displayed on the intelligent tester.
