DESCRIPTION
The auto wiper relay controls the front washer motor.
WIRING DIAGRAM
INSPECTION PROCEDURE
Remove the WSH fuse from the instrument panel junction block.
Measure the resistance of the fuse.
- Standard resistance:
- Below 1 Ω
2.INSPECT WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP |
Remove the washer jar.
Apply battery voltage to the windshield washer motor connector and check the operation of the windshield washer motor assembly.
- OK:
Measurement Condition
| Specified Condition
|
Battery positive (+) → Terminal 1 Battery negative (-) → Terminal 2
| Washer fluid flows from washer jar
|
- HINT:
- The check should be performed with the windshield washer motor and pump installed to the washer jar.

3.CHECK WIRE HARNESS (MOTOR - RELAY AND BATTERY) |
Disconnect the A41 motor connector.
Disconnect the E66 relay connector.
Measure the voltage of the wire harness side connector.
- Standard voltage:

Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
- Standard resistance:
