  1. Loosen the 2 bolts of the switch and set the shift lever to the N position.

  1. Align the groove and neutral basic line.

  1. Hold the switch in this position and tighten the 2 bolts.

    Torque:
    5.4 N*m{55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf}

  1. After adjustment, perform the inspection (RAV4_ACA30 RM000001SST017X.html).
