Radio Receiver -- Installation |
| 1. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET (except 3ZR-FAE) |
for Unit Panel:
Install the No. 1 radio bracket to the radio receiver with the 4 bolts.
 |
w/ Stereo Opening Cover:
Install the No. 1 radio bracket and radio receiver panel LH to the radio receiver with the 4 bolts.
 |
w/o Stereo Opening Cover:
Install the No. 1 radio bracket to the radio receiver with the 4 bolts.
 |
| 2. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET (except 3ZR-FAE) |
for Unit Panel:
Install the No. 2 radio bracket to the radio receiver with the 4 bolts.
 |
w/ Stereo Opening Cover:
Install the No. 2 radio bracket and radio receiver panel RH to the radio receiver with the 4 bolts.
 |
w/o Stereo Opening Cover:
Install the No. 2 radio bracket to the radio receiver with the 4 bolts.
 |
| 3. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY |
w/ Stereo Opening Cover:
Attach the 4 claws to install the instrument cluster finish panel.
w/o Stereo Opening Cover:
Attach the 4 claws to install the instrument cluster finish panel.
| 4. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (except 3ZR-FAE) |
w/o Stereo Opening Cover:
Connect all the connectors and install the radio receiver.
Insert the radio receiver to attach the 2 claws and 4 clips on its backside.
Install the 4 bolts.
- Torque:
- 12.8 N*m{130 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf}
w/ Stereo Opening Cover:
Connect all the connectors and install the radio receiver.
Insert the radio receiver to attach the 2 claws and 4 clips on its backside.
Install the 4 bolts.
- Torque:
- 12.8 N*m{130 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf}
| 5. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET (for 3ZR-FAE) |
Install the No. 1 radio bracket to the radio receiver with the 4 bolts.

| 6. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET (for 3ZR-FAE) |
Install the No. 2 radio bracket to the radio receiver with the 4 bolts.

| 7. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (for 3ZR-FAE) |
Connect all the connectors and install the radio receiver.
Insert the radio receiver to attach the 2 claws and 4 clips on its backside.
Install the 4 bolts.
- Torque:
- 12.8 N*m{130 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf}
| 8. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL CENTER |

Connect the connector.
Attach the 3 clips and 2 claws to install the cluster finish panel.
| 9. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL CENTER |

Connect the connector.
Attach the 3 clips and 2 claws to install the cluster finish panel.
| 10. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL |
