  1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL

  2. INSPECT FRONT SUSPENSION LOWER NO. 1 ARM

  3. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL

1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL


2. INSPECT FRONT SUSPENSION LOWER NO. 1 ARM

  1. Install the hub nuts to the disc.



    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155

  1. Using a dial indicator, check the lower ball joint for excessive play by pushing the hub nuts up and down with a force of 294 N (30 kgf, 66 lbf).

    Maximum play:
    0.5 mm (0.02 in.)
    If the play is more than the maximum, replace the lower arm.


3. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL
Torque:
112 N*m{1142 kgf*cm, 83 ft.*lbf}
